The Auld Mug at Quique Dacosta's

On the menu were two dishes created especially for this America’s Cup, ‘Bruma’ which references the winter mist, and ‘Arroz Invernal’ which explores the theme of winter rice. Valencian wines, selected to complement the dishes, were chosen.
A spectacular fireworks display surprised the guests who were enjoying the gentle ambience of the restaurant's terrace
Among the guests who were present Rita Barbera, President of Consorcio 2007, the representatives of the Spanish Government, Mr. Bertarelli (President of Alinghi) and his wife, Russell Coutts (President of BMW Oracle Racing) and his wife, as well as representatives of the sponsors and race officials.

The restaurant (3rd stage) and Gastro Bar (1st stage) of Quique Dacosta are open until February 13 at the Veles e Ventes.
